くじゅうの大自然を舞台に、電動マウンテンバイク（E-MTB）で駆け抜ける爽快なトレイルツーリングです。経験豊富なガイドが同行し、操作方法から安全な走行まで丁寧にサポート。初心者の方も安心してご参加いただけます。

春の訪れを感じさせる阿蘇の草原では、野焼き後の雄大な景色が広がります。普段は立ち入ることのできない特別な場所を、E-MTBで駆け抜け、自然との一体感を満喫しましょう。

Experience an exhilarating trail ride through the magnificent natural scenery of KUJU on an electric mountain bike (E-MTB). Accompanied by experienced guides, you’ll receive thorough support from learning how to operate the bike to ensuring a safe ride. Beginners can participate with peace of mind.

In the grasslands of Aso, where you can feel the arrival of spring, a grand landscape unfolds after the controlled burning (noyaki). Let’s ride through special areas that are usually inaccessible on an E-MTB and fully enjoy the feeling of oneness with nature.

  • 身分証明書（グループでどなたか1名様）/ID(any one of the members if participating as a group)
  • 動きやい服装/ Comfortable clothe
  • 汚れても良い靴、スニーカー（サンダル、ヒールの高い靴はNG）/ Canvas shoes or sports shoes(sandals and high-heeled shoes are prohibited).
  • 飲み物（自転車にボトルホルダーが装着されています）/ Drink (bikes have a holder for a 500 ml pet bottle)

〜予約方法/ Reservation〜

~キャンセルポリシー~

・ツアー中止の規定
阿蘇くじゅうサイクルツアーはすべてのプラン雨天決行です。
しかし、ツアー開催前日に悪天候により安全な走行が困難と予想される場合、ツアーを中止致します。その場合、前日の20時までにメールにて連絡を差し上げます。ツアー当日、急激な天候の変化によりツアーを中止する場合がございます。
・キャンセルについて
ツアー参加が何らかの理由で出来なくなった場合、事前に連絡頂ければ前後の日程で空席のあるツアーを紹介を致します。
それでもキャンセルをされる場合は、ツアー予定日の３日前までにご連絡頂ければキャンセル料金は発生致しません。３日以降のキャンセルの場合以下のキャンセル料金が生じますのでご了承下さい。

~キャンセル料について~

◇ご利用日の3日前までにキャンセルした場合：キャンセル料は発生しません
◇ご利用日の3日前を過ぎてからキャンセルした場合：ツアー料金の50％を請求致します
◇最終確認のメールを配信した後のキャンセル、もしくは当日お越しになられなかった場合：ツアー料金の100％を請求致します
なお、以下の場合キャンセル料金は発生しません。
1 悪天候などによりツアー開催が中止となった場合。
※ツアー途中での中止の場合は返金は出来かねますのでご了承下さい。

Payment

Please pay the tour fee in cash on the day of the tour.

Tour cancellation

  • The tour still takes place in light rain. If extremely bad weather is predicted, the tour may be cancelled. In this case, we will contact you by 7 pm the day before.
  • The tour will be cancelled, even after your booking, if the required minimum tour size is not reached.
  • If the tour you reserved is cancelled, we will rearrange your tour date or refund the full amount.

Cancellation fee

There will be a cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation for reasons attributable to you. The fee depends on the date of cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
