Please pay the tour fee in cash on the day of the tour.
Weather Policy
- We ride in light rain, so please dress appropriately if rain is expected. If severe weather is forecast and it is unsafe to ride, we may cancel the tour. Should this happen, we will contact you by 7:00 pm on the day before your tour.
- If we cancel the tour due to weather, you may choose to:
- Rescheduled your tour to another available date or
- Received a full refund
Guest Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, cancellation fees may apply according to the timing of your cancellation. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcome you to Aso.
