All rentals are self-guided – you ride independently and choose where you want to go.
Need help planning your ride? Customized cycling course planning is available on request for an additional fee. Tell us your riding level, interests, available time, accomodation locations, and number of riding days, and we can design a course to suit yout trip in Kyushu.
Please note: Course planning does not include a cycling guide. You will navigate and ride independently.

Bike Delivery & Pickup
We offer bike delivery and pickup services to and from ryokans, hotels and train stations.
Our delivery area covers the Aso region. Please inquire for locations outside this area.
Delivery fees may apply depending on location.

Advance Reservation Required
Bike rentals are available by advance reservation.
Booking ahead allows us to confirm bike availability and size, prepare your equipment and complete the necessary rental arrangements.
Delivery and pickup may be available depending on location and schedule and are subject to an additional fee.
Customized course planning is also available on request for an additional fee.

Online prepayment is required after your reservation is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be received during our business hours.
- If you arrive more than one hour after your reserved rental time without contacting us, your reservation will be considered a no-show and may be cancelled.
- Bad weather: If the Japan Meteorological Agency forecast issued the day before your rental shows a 60% or greater chance or greater chance of precipitation in the rental area, you may cancel free of charge. Please contact us during business hours on the day before your rental..
